Your primary responsibilities will include preparing each case prior to assessment, gathering evidence-based information to inform your conclusions, conducting thorough assessments, and delivering Work Capability Assessment reports detailing your findings and recommendations.
This role offers greater job variety and autonomy, allowing you to manage cases to conclusion while prioritizing breaks, CPD, audit amendments, and team meetings. To be eligible for this role, you must be a qualified Nurse, Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Paramedic with 1+ years post-qualification experience. Additionally, you must hold valid registration on NMC or HCPC without restrictions and possess excellent communication skills and strong IT literacy. A competitive salary of £38,500-£41,500 per year is offered.
