We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Swim Teacher to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Swim Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities, ensuring they feel supported and achieve their goals.
Our ideal candidate will have a Level 2 swimming teaching qualification and excellent communication skills, with a genuine desire to work closely with customers. You will be responsible for teaching swimming to children and/or adults, communicating with parents/guardians, and assisting in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds.
Key Responsibilities- Teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre's swimming lesson programme
- Communicate with children's parents/guardians concerning their development and advise on their progression through the programme
- Assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
