Warehouse Driver

About the Role

You will join our delivery team as a permanent member, working 38 hours over 5 days a week and having 2 rota days off. Overtime opportunities are also available.

You will work as a Van driver with a mix of duties, including picking for the delivery team. This will involve supporting the delivered operation in achieving first-class customer service.

You will need a full driving license to be considered for this role.

Main Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the accurate picking and dispatch of goods by picking against a hand-held terminal and advising your Manager of any differences.

You will check quality, shelf life, and ensure packaging is robust in preparation for delivery.

You will provide a high standard of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and to target.

You will be polite when dealing with delivery staff and respond appropriately to queries and complaints, referring any complex situations to someone who can help.
