Business Development Representative

Clarity Pharma Ltd, a leading pharmaceutical distributor, seeks an experienced Telesales Executive to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:- To identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
- To manage existing customer relationships, ensuring timely resolution of queries and effective communication.
- To collaborate with internal teams to provide product information and resolve customer issues.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, tracking progress against targets and deadlines.
- To stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
- Proven experience in telesales or sales account management, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
- Highly organized and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering results.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and software applications is essential.
