HLTA Role in Sunderland School

We are looking for an experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join our team in a Sunderland-based school. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
As an HLTA, you will be responsible for supporting teachers in delivering the National Curriculum and implementing interventions to improve student outcomes.
This is a temporary/long-term position with the possibility of leading to a permanent role. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive daily rate of £95-100.
Key Responsibilities- Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons.
- Implement interventions to enhance student learning and development.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 4 qualification in supporting teaching and learning in schools.
- An understanding of SEND principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
