About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensing Portfolio Manager to lead our Coca-Cola licensing softlines apparel business for the EMEA region. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing regional licensed merchandise strategies using market knowledge and Operating Unit plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional licensed merchandise strategies using market knowledge (e.g., industry, competitive set, Company needs) and Operating Unit plans to inform recommendations on how to grow the business. Directs prioritization of brand, category, and market expansion plans.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to a team of agency employees who support the Coca-Cola licensing business across Europe to achieve objectives and improve performance and skills.
  • Develop and negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts, program agreements, and renewals with third parties (e.g., agencies, licensees, and properties) to drive retail sales and marketing value of licensed merchandise. Accountable for supplier performance including innovation, product development, and commercial execution.
  • Utilize data and analysis to identify insights and trends to identify key issues and opportunities for profitable business growth.
  • Build and manage long-term relationships with agencies, licensees, and retailers. Disseminate corporate and brand marketing direction, strategies, and priorities to agency and licensing partners. Lead annual business planning with agencies and licensees.
  • Consolidate and analyze global licensing royalty revenue and sales performance. Track and measure execution of the EMEA business plan, identify potential shortfalls, develop contingency and recovery plans. Ultimately responsible and accountable for short- and long-term results of the licensing business in the territory.

  • Experience of managing a multi-territory P&L.
  • Maintain a strong pulse on the fashion, technology, sports, and design industries to ensure partners and products are culturally relevant.
  • Successful performance record in the licensing industry.

Estimated Salary: £120,000 - £180,000 per annum.
