About the Role

To provide strategic leadership in relation to vaccination programmes across Gloucestershire Integrated Care System (ICS). On-going roll-out of Covid-19, Flu and RSV vaccination programmes ensuring effective mobilisation of booster programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mobilising vaccination teams to ensure the protection of the Gloucestershire population.
  • Leading on the design and mobilisation of future operating models for delegation of immunisation and screening programmes.
  • Establishing effective working relationships with primary, community and secondary care vaccination providers, and Public Health Gloucestershire.
  • Supporting the ICB Chief Nursing Officer in discharging duties as vaccination and screening SRO.
Requirements and Expectations

This role requires a strong leader who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders. The successful candidate will have experience in managing vaccination programmes and implementing new operating models. They must also be able to provide assurance on planning and performance to the ICS via appropriate governance mechanisms.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position also includes a range of benefits including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
