Our client, a specialist product designer and manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Furniture Designer to join their team in Salisbury on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, with experience in developing furniture designs from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop furniture products using CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Produce technical drawings and fabrication plans to meet client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to determine design specifications and preferences
- Liaise with manufacturing providers to ensure timely and efficient production
- Contribute to the final assembly of products and ensure quality control
- Develop and maintain accurate documentation, including design files and project reports
- At least 1-3 years' experience in a similar role
