Key Responsibilities- Deliver and assess work for pupils with SEMH needs
- Work with teaching assistants to ensure support is effective and tailored to individual needs
- Contribute to the setting of targets for children and their families
- Collaborate with other professionals in the wider support network
- Liaise with parents and carers to ensure a seamless transition and support
- Full Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience teaching children with SEMH needs
- Availability for 3 days per week
- An Enhanced DBS Disclosure and professional reference checks
- Legal right to work in the UK
