Cover Supervisor

GSL Education is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team in Sudbury. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the continuity of education for our students during the short-term absence of teachers.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise classes and manage classroom behaviour to create a positive learning environment.
- Ensure students remain on task with the work set by the regular teacher.
- Provide support and assistance to students as needed.
- Liaise with teaching staff and school management to ensure effective cover arrangements.
- Experience working in an educational setting, preferably as a Cover Supervisor.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Competitive daily rate of £70 - £100 per day, depending on experience.
