About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Senior/Semi Senior to join our team at ProTalent. As a key member of our accounting practice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional accountancy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
  • Manage tax compliance and bookkeeping duties, including VAT returns and personal tax returns
  • Conduct corporation tax computations and returns, as well as ad hoc company secretarial tasks
  • Liaise with clients, colleagues, and third parties to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Support and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Proven experience in accounting practice, with a strong understanding of FRS102 & 105
  • AAT qualification and proficiency in Xero and Sage
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach
