About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Supported Living Service. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Registered Manager qualification and experience in a care setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
