Insight Select is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join our team in Woking. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial part in customer retention and work on personal lines insurance, including motor, home, and van policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with existing clients and qualify new business opportunities.
- Deal with business enquiries, customer call back requests, and lapsed clients.
- Provide a personalized service both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Email documents, administration, policy changes, and renewals.
- Deal with objections and complaints and seek the right resolution for the customer and the business.
Essential Skills:
- Confident in speaking to prospects and existing clients, both over the phone and in person.
- Positive, passionate, and driven.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and resilient.
- Great attention to detail.
- Disciplined, focused, and able to prioritize.
