Join Our Team as a Client Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Operations Analyst to join our ESG Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our customers and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exception Management: Register clients' electricity and ensure supplier changes are processed in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative Skills: Demonstrate strong administrative abilities and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Data Analysis: Skilled in analysing data to support decision-making processes.
