Business Change Analyst

Crimson is seeking a highly skilled Business Change Analyst to join our team in Birmingham. As a key member of our transformation programme, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change and ensuring the company is equipped to achieve its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage all aspects of programme communication to ensure the successful execution of large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive communication strategy, creating best practice frameworks that support ongoing and future transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to build awareness and commitment to the communications strategy, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.
  • Implement best-in-class communication practices, optimizing the use of all channels to ensure the business consistently communicates a clear and unified message about how we are evolving our ways of working.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale enterprise communication strategies within change initiatives.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align communication efforts to support business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • High emotional intelligence and cultural awareness, focused on promoting a positive organizational culture during periods of change.
  • Deep expertise in risk management and governance, particularly in the context of transformation programs.

What We Offer:

Crimson offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000, hybrid working arrangements, and the opportunity to work on exciting transformation projects.
