We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned customer-focused professional to join our team as a Resident Liaison Officer.

This role will involve working closely with customers throughout the rollout of our Homes and Place Retrofit programme.

Key responsibilities include delivering the right outcome for customers in a safe and timely manner, supporting customers through the retrofit process, and acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the process.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and support
  • Support customers through the Homes and Place retrofit programme
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers
  • Ensure all information provided to customers is clear and consistent
  • Review and maintain the customer engagement plan
  • Attend site meetings and events as required
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders
  • Promote a positive collaborative culture of Building Safety and Compliance

Solid experience within a busy customer-focused role, ideally within the housing sector, is required. Strong communication skills and a driving licence are also essential.
