Job Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive People Services Coordinator to join our People team at The London Clinic. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working model of 2-3 days per week on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional and proactive People (HR) customer service to our customers - managers, employees, new starters, and third parties - in person, via email, or over the phone/video calls.
  • Coordinate the on-boarding and compliance process for new starters, ensuring that all new starters are on-boarded in accordance with safe recruitment processes and policies within set SLAs.
  • Be the first point of contact for staff for all HR systems-related queries (iTrent).

Requirements:

  • Proven administrative and customer service experience of working in a fast-paced HR/People team environment.
  • Knowledge of right to work requirements, including UK immigration compliance, is highly advantageous.
  • Experience of MHR iTrent is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent IT skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft packages.
