About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Officer to join our Commercial Services Team at Staffordshire Police. As a Procurement Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all procurement activity and providing commercial expertise to support the delivery of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all procurement activity and public sector procurement legislation.
  • Provide commercial expertise to support the delivery of contracts.
  • Participate in Supplier meetings to demonstrate value for money throughout the contract lifecycle.
  • Work closely with colleagues at all levels to achieve value for money and ensure compliance.
