About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to join our team at Schenck Process. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business processes, analyzing requirements, and providing functional solutions for our global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement business processes to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Analyze requirements and provide functional solutions for business processes
- Stay up-to-date with current and emerging IT technologies and trends
- Assist in the selection of robust and appropriate technologies
- Ensure and maintain a quality service by establishing and enforcing IT organization standards
- Assist in the successful execution of key global IT projects
Requirements
- Experience in supporting/troubleshooting in a Helpdesk environment
- Able to work under pressure, both alone and as part of a team, and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Good communication skills and able to communicate at all corporate levels on the telephone and in person
- IT based qualification (preferable)
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Dynamics)
- Experience in creating reports using Crystal, Symtrax, Jasper etc.
- Ability to understand new software / systems quickly
