Utility Meter Technician Role
We are seeking an experienced Utility Meter Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting data from gas, electricity, and water meters for commercial and residential properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an active outdoor role close to home.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collecting data from domestic, commercial, and industrial sites for Water, Gas and Electric Meters with full training provided.
  2. Inspecting and maintaining associated metering equipment.
  3. Conducting surveys of Charge Points.

Requirements:
  • A valid Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 3 points and no DR Offences within the last year.
  • Physical fitness to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, kneeling, climbing stairs, crouching, and walking on average 6 miles a day.
  • A clear DBS check and credit report check.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.

Benefits:

The salary for this position is £18.00 per hour basic pay (weekly payment), with opportunities to earn up to £600 monthly through our bonus scheme and overtime rates (£16 - £18) at manager's discretion.

You will also receive company pension enrolment and progression and promotion opportunities for higher earnings.
