**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Credit Control Specialist to join our team at Adecco. As a Credit Control Specialist, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving queries related to non-payment of invoices, setting up new credit accounts, and chasing debt via the Credit Control software, telephone, and email.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Investigate and resolve queries related to non-payment of invoices
* Set up new credit accounts following due diligence checks and admin process
* Chase debt via the Credit Control software, telephone, and email
* Process and generate reminder letters and monthly statements
* Reduce debtor days
* Work to strict monthly collections targets
* Issue goods returns and sales credits
* Maintain customer credit limits
* Chase payments of outstanding debts and negotiate with debtors to achieve the quickest and best level of recovery
* Identify slow-paying accounts and notify the accounts manager of relevant information
* Meet periodic cash collection targets to achieve company cash flow objectives
* Deal with correspondence from debtors, third parties, and clients to ensure good service levels are maintained
**Requirements**
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Credit Control software
