As a key member of the Asahi Europe & International leadership team, the Head of CIO Office will play a critical role in driving the company's digital transformation and IT strategy. This senior IT executive will be responsible for ensuring that the IT organization is aligned with the company's business objectives and is equipped to deliver innovative solutions that drive growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
- Lead the IT organization in delivering high-quality IT services and solutions that meet the needs of the business.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives that drive business value.
- Manage and oversee the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Develop and manage the IT budget and ensure that IT expenses are aligned with business priorities.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure that they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality IT services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT vendors, and partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and business, with a minimum of 15 years of experience in senior IT leadership roles. They will have a proven track record of driving IT strategy and transformation, and will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and management skills.
The candidate will also have a strong understanding of IT technologies and trends, and will be able to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. They will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and will have strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
