Chemistry Graduate Tutor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chemistry Graduate to join our team at EdEx as a part-time tutor. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and knowledgeable Chemistry Graduate eager to inspire the next generation of scientists.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality 1:1 and group interventions to support students in achieving their academic goals.
  2. Work closely with students across Key Stages 4 and 5, providing tailored support and guidance.
  3. Collaborate with the AQA exam board to ensure students receive the best possible support for their exams.
  4. Develop and lead exam preparation and revision sessions to help students achieve their full potential.
  5. Support students with university applications, providing guidance and advice throughout the process.
Person Specification
  1. A 1st Class or 2:1 Graduate from a top university, with a strong academic background in relevant subjects.
  2. A hard-working and committed individual who is dedicated to helping all students excel.
  3. Perfect for a future Secondary Teacher, with opportunities for professional development and growth.
Job Details
  1. Monday to Friday, term-time only.
  2. September 2024 start, full-time.
  3. Competitive hourly rate of £15-£20.
  4. Opportunities for professional development and growth.
