About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Loungers. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of front of house staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of front of house staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Support the management team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and high-quality food delivery.
  • Manage conflicts and issues with customers and staff in a professional and diplomatic manner.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and coaching to staff.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, and development of front of house staff.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Front of House Supervisor or Team Leader in a similar hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations, including customer service, inventory management, and labor control.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
