Apprentice Assessor Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as an Apprentice Assessor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support, guidance, and assessment of engineering apprentices in a work-based setting.

The role involves working closely with apprentices, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of apprenticeships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular student reviews and assessments
  • Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with employers and apprentices
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Providing high-quality feedback and guidance to apprentices

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of engineering principles and practices
  • Experience in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
