We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide support to our Macmillan Skin Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialists team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, including tracking and tracing diagnostic investigations and appointments, preparing and validating patient tracking lists, and attending weekly meetings to optimize patient pathways.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Macmillan Skin Cancer CNS team, including tracking and tracing diagnostic investigations and appointments.
- Prepare and validate patient tracking lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Attend weekly meetings to optimize patient pathways and ensure effective communication with the administration team.
- Book follow-up appointments, including new, follow-up, and photodynamic therapy treatments, and ensure accurate scheduling templates within the IT system.
