About the Role
We are recruiting for a Bank Support Worker to join our team at our Learning Disabilities Service in Telford. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to maximise their potential and independence.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to enable customers to develop daily living skills and maintain a safe and healthy lifestyle
- Encouraging social inclusion and promoting community participation
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and statutory agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for customers
Person Specification
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for delivering high-quality support services to vulnerable adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations
Benefits and Salary
