Rialtas Business Solutions Limited, a leading provider of market-leading accounting software, is currently recruiting for a Part-Time (22.5 hours, 3 days per week) Finance Software Consultant on a permanent basis.

This is an important role within the business, providing an exciting opportunity to work alongside a dedicated and inclusive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure financial software, including setting up chart of accounts and transferring client data from their systems into Rialtas software.
  • Provide refresher training in the use of the financial software, including training at client sites.
  • Prepare Year End accounts for clients online, including at client sites.
  • Enter data into the financial software, including at client sites.
  • Offer guidance on general accountancy within the scope of Rialtas solutions.
  • Assist in updating training workbooks and software manuals in line with new releases.
  • Provide support with the financial software, including attending conferences to promote Rialtas Software and Services as required.
  • Become a subject matter expert of the administration software to ensure clear understanding for links between the accounts and the administrative software.
  • Perform any other related tasks as requested.

Requirements

  • Numerate – experienced in working in finance reporting.
  • Finance software skills, including Sage Accounts and Zero.
  • Experience of inputting, managing, and delivering company accounts.
  • AAT (or equivalent) qualified, ACCA – desirable.
  • Experience of working in local government or in a software business – desirable.
