We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our UK product, design and engineering team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centric designs for our apps and websites. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and pain points.
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate design into actionable development plans.
  • Advocate for user-centred design principles throughout the development process.
  • Ability to be comfortable adapting to changing priorities and evolving project requirements.
  • Stay up to date on the latest UX trends and technologies.
  • Be proactive in identifying and suggesting improvements to existing products and processes.
  • Effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About You

We are looking for a UX Designer with 3+ years of experience in designing user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. You should have a proven track record of using CSS, HTML, and/or other web programming technologies. Additionally, you should be familiar with prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, or other.
