We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Candidate Consultant. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and generating new candidates for our vacancies, communicating with potential candidates, and coordinating interviews and assessments.
Key Responsibilities- Source and generate new candidates for our vacancies using various channels, including job boards, internal databases, and professional networks.
- Communicate with candidates through phone, email, and text to discuss their qualifications and fit for the role.
- Assess candidates through initial phone screenings and interviews to ensure they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments for candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Support the onboarding process for successful candidates, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed.
- Write and place job adverts in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor applications and responses, ensuring candidate applications are processed efficiently.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Monthly commission.
- Term-time hours (9-5.30pm or 8.30-5pm) with reduced hours during school holidays.
- One day of remote working per week.
- Laptop and work phone provided.
- Birthday day off.
- Opportunity to become a Recruitment Consultant.
- Experience in education or recruitment is preferred but not essential.
- Good understanding of the UK education system.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Availability to work 5 days a week.
- Confidence in undertaking candidate generation and developing relationships with people at all levels.
- Ability to work to deadlines and exceed expectations.
