We're looking for an experienced Senior ESG Professional to join our leading Environmental team at RPS Group. As a Senior ESG Professional, you'll lead the development and implementation of effective ESG strategies that drive business growth and sustainability.

This role offers a salary of approximately $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical knowledge of current and imminent UK legislation related to environmental regulations, policy, guidance, procedures, and industry-specific operational regulations.

You'll work closely with our team to advise clients on climate action, carbon footprinting, NZC programs, offsetting, and related activities, as well as TCFD reporting and SBTi setting.

A good understanding of environmental liability and sustainability principles across various sectors is essential. You should also possess strong commercial acumen, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external bodies.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of current and imminent UK legislation related to environmental regulations, policy, guidance, procedures, and industry-specific operational regulations
  • Experience in delivering consulting work across multiple areas, including climate change and Net Zero Carbon, natural capital, sustainability strategy, and engagement
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
