About the Role

This position involves creating and maintaining account plans to unlock sales opportunities and identify growth areas within Bathroom Retail Showrooms and our Merchant Partners. You will adopt a customer-centric approach, becoming a product expert to offer solutions, training, and advice, ensuring Hansgrohe is always the supplier of choice.

  1. Building relationships through insight and consultation, informing customers of new products and promotions, and ensuring they have the latest information and marketing collateral.
  2. Supporting campaigns and incentives while providing sales data and analytics to generate opportunities and leverage strengths, increasing customer engagement, and building strong account plans.

    We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team. Building and maintaining relationships with our customers, fostering trust and confidence, and developing partnerships is key. Our CRM system, C4C, will equip you with valuable customer insights and sales-related activity throughout the business.

About You

We require a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can build strong relationships with our customers and develop partnerships to drive business growth.

You will be working closely with our customers in the Bathroom Retail Showrooms and our Merchant Partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. This includes managing relationships, informing customers of new products and promotions, and ensuring they have the latest information and marketing collateral.
