NQ+ Company Commercial Solicitor – London

We are seeking a junior Company Commercial Solicitor to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in company commercial law and be confident in managing their own caseload.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial contracts, acquisitions and disposals of businesses, shareholder agreements, option agreements, joint ventures, distribution agreements and general terms and conditions.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to be involved in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage own caseload of commercial contracts and other company commercial matters
  • Work with senior lawyers on more complex matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in the company commercial department
  • Strong background in company commercial law
  • Confident in managing own caseload
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to be involved in business development
