About the Role:

Advance is seeking a Casual Support Worker to join our team in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. As a Casual Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting customers with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and mental health conditions to live the lives they choose.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care and hygiene, medication administration, and support with daily living activities.
  • Support customers with preparing and cooking meals, attending medical appointments, and engaging in social activities.
  • Keep accurate records and update care plans as required.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
  • Valid UK/International driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to complete quality support records and follow care plans.
