Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Curriculum and Delivery Expert to lead the development and delivery of functional skills curriculum. This role requires strong collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure industry standards are met. As a key member of our team, you will develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.

Salary and Benefits: The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including a car allowance of £2,500, home based work options, laptop and mobile phone provision, 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and employee referral bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Manage the development and delivery of functional skills curriculum
  • • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure curriculum meets industry standards
  • • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
