We are seeking a seasoned Regulatory Reporting Analyst - Financial Expert to join our team at Genpact. As a key member of our regulatory reporting function, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of regulatory reporting. This includes gathering and analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely submission of all required reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to ensure accuracy in regulatory reports
  • Prepare detailed documentation supporting report submissions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the reporting function
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding report status and issues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Relevant years of experience in regulatory reporting or a similar role is also essential. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools are must-haves. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are also required.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
