Job Description

The Evera Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Quality Product Engineer to lead product quality management and ensure high standards of quality in their technical manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have:

  1. Proven experience in a similar role within a technical manufacturing environment.
  2. Mechanical background/degree – someone who can understand mechanical drawings and what a CNC machine is.
  3. Ability to understand and interpret mechanical drawings, BOMs and assembly manuals.

The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 per annum.

About the Role

The Quality Product Engineer will be responsible for ensuring BPM compliance with ISO9001 standards, including internal and external audits and resultant actions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and sustaining corrective actions to resolve non-conformities and customer complaints, ensuring root cause analysis is documented.
  • Working with suppliers to ensure product and service quality meet company standards.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Production and other key personnel to ensure seamless integration of quality practices.
  • Leading product quality initiatives, ensuring high standards through collaboration with production teams, suppliers, and operators.

About You

We are looking for an experienced and qualified individual who has a strong understanding of mechanical principles and quality management systems.
