About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Darlington. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Manage finances and budgets to ensure individuals' needs are met.
- Accompany individuals on community outings, such as day trips and appointments.
- Assist with food shopping and meal preparation.
