Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with UK and EU regulations.
- Assist in the clearance of new programme titles, including conducting trademark searches and filing applications.
- Monitor social media and online platforms for brand infringements and take enforcement action as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in law or postgraduate diploma in law (or equivalent postgraduate qualification in law).
- Demonstrated interest and basic knowledge of intellectual property law.
- High degree of competency in using applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with various key ITV teams.
