A reputable main dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon seeks an experienced and motivated Vehicle Service Technician to join their team.
This position offers extensive manufacturer training up to Master Technician level, allowing you to grow your career in a highly supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Vehicle Service Technician, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, strong diagnostic and technical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a full UK driving licence.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure vehicles are in top condition.
- Use the latest diagnostic tools to accurately identify and repair vehicle faults.
- Ensure that all repairs and servicing meet the high-quality standards of the dealership.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues early on.
- Provide excellent customer service by clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
- Accurately record all work carried out, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Participate in continuous training and development through manufacturer-led courses.
**Salary and Benefits:**
The salary for this position is estimated at £28,000 - £40,000 Basic, with £4,000 - £10,000 in bonus. Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am - 12:30pm. Manufacturer training to Master Technician level, and main dealer benefits.
