We are seeking an experienced Fettle Expert to join our team of passionate bike mechanics. As a Fettle Expert, you will be responsible for accurately diagnosing bike problems, performing high-quality repairs, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Accurately diagnose bike problems and recommend repairs
  • Perform high-quality repairs and maintenance services
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Keep accurate records of repairs and transactions

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience as a mechanic
  • Passion for cycling
  • Comfortable with customer interaction
  • Problem-solving mindset

What We Offer:
