We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care at Garden House Hospice Care, and we need a dedicated Nursing Team Lead to support our Inpatient Unit team.

Garden House Hospice Care is a multi-award-winning organisation providing high-quality care for patients with life-limiting illnesses. Our low patient-to-nurse ratio allows us to offer individualised care that enhances the quality of life for our patients and their loved ones.

As a Nursing Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimum care standards for our patients and their families. You will be a registered nurse with NMC registration, supporting and overseeing nurses, APs, NAs, and HCAs, as well as student nurses, to deliver direct and indirect care.

You will have a good understanding of the needs of patients living with life-limiting illnesses and their loved ones. This is a maternity cover position offered on a fixed-term contract of 12 months.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary range of £40,000 - £50,000, 27 days annual leave + bank holidays + additional holiday, 5% Standard Life pension scheme, free on-site parking, employee assistance programme, Blue Light & Charity Worker Discount, on-site catering, and cycle to work scheme.
