About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Family Reunion Advocate to join our team in Cardiff. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to service users, helping them navigate the complex welfare and legal systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver casework, advocacy, and support to service users
  • Ensure access to vital services like health, welfare, and education
  • Provide advice on asylum and immigration policies and legislation

Requirements

  • Understanding of asylum seekers, refugees, and vulnerable migrants' issues
  • Knowledge of rights and entitlements for reunited refugees and their families
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literacy, mainly with Microsoft Office
