Your Responsibilities: In this role, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our Residents. You'll work closely with the care home team to ensure our Residents receive the best possible care and support.

Salary: Your estimated annual salary will be around £24,000 - £30,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need a background working with vulnerable individuals, ideally developing activity programmes. You'll also require excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire others, and a passion for delivering exceptional care and support.
