About the Role

We are seeking a professional Bank Duty Care Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone. This is a brilliant opportunity to support the management and smooth running of our thriving community of active and independent older people.

As a Bank Duty Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the security of our development, looking after the safety and wellbeing of our homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.

You will be a warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the security of the development
  • Looking after the safety and wellbeing of homeowners
  • Overseeing the Care and Support teams
