We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate professionals to join our team as Clinical Assessors, working closely with the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) to assess and support individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments of up to six customers per day, gathering vital information and creating comprehensive reports for the DWP.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing empathetic and professional support throughout the assessment process.
- Collaborate with our clinical tutors to receive industry-leading training and guidance, ensuring seamless integration into the role.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education, staying up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a patient-facing role, with a strong background in nursing, occupational therapy, paramedicine, or physiotherapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and teams.
- Strong attention to detail, with the capacity to maintain accurate and comprehensive records.
- Proficiency in computer and IT skills, with the ability to type at 30 words per minute.
