About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our concession managers to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to various stores within your assigned route to replenish stock, validate carton deliveries, and implement planograms.
  • Recover, replenish, and merchandise the concession shop during frequent visits.
  • Process empty cards, transfers, and damages as required.
  • Check style numbers in the concession system to ensure scanning properly.
  • Proactively look for and suggest improvements to sales performance.
  • Lead and train partner teams by example, demonstrating good product knowledge.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of [£25,000] per annum salary, paid between stores.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
