About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Catering Team Leader to join our team at Osmington Bay, a stunning activity centre nestled in beautiful Weymouth. As a key member of our catering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Catering Assistants to ensure the dining room is clean and inviting, the food is tasty and appealing, and our guests are happy and well looked after.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Catering Assistants to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Ensure the dining room is clean and inviting, with a focus on food safety and presentation
  • Manage complex dietary and allergen requirements, maintaining excellent food safety standards and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Front of House Manager to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Three or more months of experience in a catering role
  • A Level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to work with young people and supervise a team
