Conveyancing Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join our team on a flexible basis, with the option to work remotely 4 days a week and in the office 1 day a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage new client files on our system, ensuring accurate and timely setup.
  • Coordinate post-exchange work, including completion documentation and liaison with mortgage lenders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Post-completion tasks, such as sending letters to solicitors and clients, stamping and registering with HMRC, and submitting land registry applications.
  • Liaise with head office, clients, solicitors, lenders, and estate agents throughout the conveyancing process.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a conveyancing secretary, assistant, or paralegal, with a strong understanding of the duties involved.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently and professionally interact with all parties involved.
  • Comfortable working independently and providing holiday cover when necessary.
  • Ability to adapt to our internal systems with provided training.
