The Role

We're seeking a skilled Paraplanner to join our Wealth Planning team. As a key member of our team, you'll assist Wealth Planners in managing clients' planning needs and solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to Wealth Planners, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries, and maintaining records of responses.
  • Assisting with the assessment and research of options and solutions for clients.
  • Handling administrative duties, including letters, new client take-on forms, and preparation of advisory correspondence.
  • Working closely with the Wealth Planning support team and delegating administrative work as required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A keen interest in and understanding of the Wealth Management and financial planning industries.
  • Experience working within the financial services sector, ideally for a wealth management firm or financial advisory practice with an HNW client base.
  • FCA-approved Level 4 RDR compliant qualification in financial planning or equivalent.
